The Community Engagement Coordinator II addresses the root causes of sexual and intimate partner violence in Howard County, is a voice of the agency in the community when working toward the elimination of these forms of violence, and assists community members in finding ways they can end sexual and intimate partner violence. Responsible for coordinating and implementing prevention programming in settings such as, but not limited to, community centers, businesses, schools and other human service agencies. Will be tasked with the coordination of the volunteer program, young adult programming, awareness events, and the collaboration with community partners for racial, economic, and gender justice.
The Development Associate will work closely with the Executive Director and the Director of Community Engagement to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy for HopeWorks. Duties include coordination of special events, production of donor-related communication materials, and management of donor database. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in fundraising and special event planning and will be experienced in both written and electronic communications as well as project management.
